A 20,000 Km Journey Across Canada & USA

Laughing at Life, a division of Roar 4 Change to organize programs across Canada and USA to eradicate Mental Health Stigma. A 20,000km journey across Canada and USA from May 2020 – November 2020 to reach out to the communities and educate them on Mental Health.

Mr. Baljit Singh, Director at Laughing at Life said, “This is our humble attempt to reach to the communities across USA, Canada and India to spread awareness on Mental Health Challenges. Through this 20,000Km journey, our goal is to guide the community on to live life and fight depression.”

Through the Project BLUE, our goal will be the following:

  1. Educated people for better and healthier living
  2. Reduce to the stigma on mental health.
  3. Educating the society on the help available on mental health.

Our journey of 20,000 Km for Canada and USA is planned from May – November 2020. The map below outlines the planned journey. We will be starting from Toronto and will travel across Canada until Surrey, B.C via road. From Surrey, B.C., we will be entering the USA. We will travel across from Seattle to New York City. The map below outlines the planned journey.
